Welcome to our platform. By registering an account, embedding our script on your website, or connecting your social media channels to our system, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Account Rights and Responsibilities

Registration: You are responsible for providing accurate and updated information when registering an administrative account on the Dashboard.
Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, managing employee access permissions, and all activities that occur under your account.
Lawful Use: You commit not to use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent purposes, spam distribution, or any activities that violate the policies of third-party platforms (Meta, Zalo, Telegram, WhatsApp).

Third-Party Connections and Data Usage

Integration: The system provides connection tools via embedded scripts and official APIs. You are responsible for ensuring legal ownership or authorized use of the connected social media pages, phone numbers, and websites.
Customer Data: You are responsible for ensuring that the collection of chat history and end-user information via our system complies with applicable local privacy laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability for AI-Generated Content

Data Training: The content generation system (posts, images, videos) and Chatbot responses are trained and processed based on the product inventory provided by you.
Content Moderation: While our AI models are continuously optimized, we do not guarantee 100% absolute accuracy in every context. You are responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and approving AI-generated content (including the auto-post feature) before or after it goes public. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from automated AI-generated content.

Payment, Renewal, and Termination

Service Fees: Subscription plans are paid on a cyclical basis (monthly or annually) as specified on our pricing page. Service fees do not include external charges incurred from third parties (e.g., WhatsApp/Zalo premium messaging fees, if applicable).
Termination: You have the right to terminate the service at any time by removing the embedded script and disconnecting your channels via the Dashboard. Upon termination, your system access will be revoked.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time to align with software feature upgrades. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website or notified through the Dashboard. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
